Service fees: All fees for services provided by Lytehosting.com are due in advance of the performance of such services. The fees for the services to be provided under this Agreement will be indicated on the Lytehosting.com website.
Billing Cycle: The billing cycle for services provided by Lytehosting.com is monthly, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. The User will be billed on the same day each month, based on the date that the User signed up for the service.
Invoicing and Payment: Invoices will be sent to the User via email and will include a due date for payment. Payments must be received by Lytehosting.com by the due date indicated on the invoice. The User agrees to pay for all services provided by Lytehosting.com, even if the User does not use the services.
Late Payments: Late payments will be subject to a late fee of the greater of 5% of the outstanding balance or $10.00 per month. In the event that a User’s account becomes delinquent, Lytehosting.com may, at its discretion, discontinue services to the User until the account is paid in full.
Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be reported to Lytehosting.com within 30 days of the date of the invoice. If a dispute is not reported within this time frame, the User waives any right to dispute the payment.
Refunds: Refunds will only be granted in accordance with the Refund Policy as set forth on the Lytehosting.com website.
Taxes: The User is responsible for all taxes, including sales, use, and value-added taxes, which may be imposed by any government entity in connection with the services provided by Lytehosting.com.
Changes in Fees: Lytehosting.com reserves the right to change its fees and charges for services at any time, upon notice to the User, which may be sent via email or posted on the Lytehosting.com website. The User agrees to pay any new fees or charges associated with the services provided by Lytehosting.com.

Engaging in any activity that, in the sole discretion of Lytehosting.com, consumes excessive bandwidth or threatens the stability, performance, or availability of the Services.
Lytehosting.com reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services for any violation of this User Conduct section. Additionally, Lytehosting.com may take any action it deems necessary to remedy any violation of this User Conduct section, including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties.
The Services, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information made available on or provided in connection with the Services, including any updates, upgrades, new versions or new releases thereof, and all related intellectual property rights, including without limitation all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights and other proprietary rights, are owned by Lytehosting.com or its licensors, and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws.
Except for User Content (as defined below), all content made available through the Services, including images made available through website builder tools provided by Lytehosting.com (the “Licensed Images”), designs, templates, text, graphics, images, video, information, software, audio and other files, and their selection and arrangement, and all software used to provide the Services (collectively with the Licensed Images, "Lytehosting.com Content"), are the property of Lytehosting.com or its licensors. No Lytehosting.com Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, sold or exploited for any purpose in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, other than as expressly permitted in this Agreement. You are prohibited from using any Licensed Images: (i) with pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful content or in such a manner that infringes upon any third party's trademark or intellectual property rights; (ii) as a trademark, service mark, or logo; and (iii) portraying any person depicted therein (a "Model") in a way that a reasonable person would find offensive, including but not limited to depicting a Model: (a) in connection with pornography, "adult videos", adult entertainment venues, escort services, dating services, or the like; (b) in connection with the advertisement or promotion of tobacco products; (c) as endorsing a political party, candidate, elected official, or opinion; (d) as suffering from, or medicating for, a physical or mental ailment; or (e) engaging in immoral or criminal activities.
Any use of Lytehosting.com Content, other than as specifically authorized herein, is prohibited and will automatically terminate your rights to use the Services and any Lytehosting.com Content.
