These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Lytehosting.com (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services. This Agreement may be amended by Lytehosting.com from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting by Lytehosting.com on the Lytehosting.com website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Lytehosting.com and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Any terms and conditions on any purchase order or similar document submitted by you shall be void and of no effect.
To use the Services provided by Lytehosting.com, you must agree to and comply with these Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization or entity to these Terms of Service.
In order to use certain features of the Services, you must register for a Lytehosting.com account (“Account”). When you create an Account, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by the Account registration form (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Lytehosting.com, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your Account and for any actions that take place using your Account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including but not limited to any unauthorized use of your Account. You agree to immediately notify Lytehosting.com of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Lytehosting.com will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your Account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Lytehosting.com will keep all information submitted by you confidential and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use and sharing of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
If a user account does not have any active products and has no associated invoices for a continuous period of six (6) months, the account will be marked as inactive and may be permanently deleted, including all associated data.
If an account contains only expired or terminated services and remains unused for a continuous period of two (2) years, Lytehosting.com reserves the right to permanently delete the account and all related records.
Once deleted under this Inactive Accounts Policy, the account and its data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
We may attempt to send notice via the registered email address before deletion occurs. However, delivery of such notices is not guaranteed, and deletion may proceed regardless of notice receipt.
When a hosting service expires, it may enter a temporary suspension (grace) period during which the User may still renew the service and restore normal operation. This suspension period is time-limited and does not extend indefinitely.
If the service is not renewed within the applicable suspension period, the service will be terminated. Termination is a final state for the service.
For Shared Hosting and Corporate Hosting / Managed VPS plans, terminated services may have data available for restoration from backups under the following terms:
Unmanaged VPS and Dedicated Server plans will not have any data available after termination. Users acknowledge that it is their responsibility to maintain independent backups of their data at all times.
LyteHosting shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from the User’s failure to renew services prior to termination.
"User Content" refers to any text, images, graphics, photos, audio, video, and other content or materials you make available through the Services provided by Lytehosting.com.
5.1. Service fees: All fees for services provided by Lytehosting.com are due in advance of the performance of such services. The fees for the services to be provided under this Agreement will be indicated on the Lytehosting.com website.
5.2. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle for services provided by Lytehosting.com is monthly, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. The User will be billed on the same day each month, based on the date that the User signed up for the service.
5.3. Invoicing and Payment: Invoices will be sent to the User via email and will include a due date for payment. Payments must be received by Lytehosting.com by the due date indicated on the invoice. The User agrees to pay for all services provided by Lytehosting.com, even if the User does not use the services.
5.4. Late Payments: Late payments will be subject to a late fee of the greater of 5% of the underlying balance or $10.00 per month. In the event that a User’s account becomes delinquent, Lytehosting.com may, at its discretion, discontinue services to the User until the account is paid in full.
5.5. Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be reported to Lytehosting.com within 30 days of the date of the invoice. If a dispute is not reported within this time frame, the User waives any right to dispute the payment.
5.6. Taxes: The User is responsible for all taxes, including sales, use, and value-added taxes, which may be imposed by any government entity in connection with the services provided by Lytehosting.com.
5.7. Changes in Fees: Lytehosting.com reserves the right to change its fees and charges for services at any time, upon notice to the User, which may be sent via email or posted on the Lytehosting.com website.
Lytehosting is committed to providing quality services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy.
Refunds will only be considered if: (a) Service was not delivered as described on our Website; (b) Service was not delivered within the estimated delivery time; (c) Service was not delivered in accordance with our Service Level Agreement.
You must first raise a support ticket to report issues. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Due to the nature of virtual private servers (VPS) and dedicated servers, all sales are final once the service has been provisioned. VPS and dedicated server plans are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases where: IP addresses/resources have already been assigned; Third-party software licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, Plesk, DirectAdmin, etc.) have been activated; or Misunderstandings regarding included features.
The following services are not eligible for a refund: Domain name registrations and renewals, VPN services, SEO services, Social media management services, SSL certificates, and Email services.
To request a refund, raise a support ticket. If the issue cannot be resolved, request the refund within 7 days of purchase by replying to that ticket. Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or LyteHosting Wallet.
You agree to use the Services offered by Lytehosting.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Services by, any third party.

All users must comply with applicable laws. LyteHosting LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without notice upon receipt of complaints, discovery of illegal content, law enforcement requests, or reports from financial institutions. No refunds or compensation will be provided for suspensions related to illegal conduct.
LyteHosting LLC will fully cooperate with law enforcement, including providing account information and preserving evidence. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LyteHosting LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the User's fraudulent or illegal activities.
The Services, content, software, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Lytehosting.com or its licensors. Except for User Content, all content (Lytehosting.com Content) including Licensed Images, designs, templates, and software may not be modified, copied, or exploited without express permission. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any Lytehosting.com Content.
Licensed Images: You are granted a limited license to use Licensed Images solely with the Services. You are prohibited from using them with pornographic or unlawful content, as a trademark/logo, or portraying Models in an offensive, immoral, or political manner.
Lytehosting.com may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the Services, or your use of the Services, with or without notice and with or without cause. This includes refusal of service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Spotlyte is a proprietary drag-and-drop website builder developed and provided by LyteHosting. By using Spotlyte, you agree to these specific terms in addition to our general Agreement.
Spotlyte is a template-based editor designed for simplified website creation. Features (including SEO tools, eCommerce, and media integration) vary by plan and may be updated or discontinued without notice. Continued use after plan updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
Access to templates is provided to accelerate creation; LyteHosting does not guarantee uniqueness or suitability for specific purposes. Users are solely responsible for ensuring all content (text, media, products) complies with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
For eCommerce-enabled plans, users are solely responsible for product listings, descriptions, payment compliance, taxes, and customer disputes. LyteHosting does not guarantee sales, revenue, or business performance.
LyteHosting does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, or business outcomes from the use of Spotlyte.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in loss of access to the builder and deletion of associated websites. LyteHosting reserves the right to modify or terminate Spotlyte features at its discretion.
These Terms and Policies may be amended in any respect at any time by LyteHosting upon the posting of the amended Terms and Policies on the terms of use section of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed consent to any such amended Terms and Policies. If you do not wish to continue to use the Service as a result of any such amended Terms and Policies, you may provide notice of your wish to terminate your use of the Service to LyteHosting
