Refund to Wallet:
If your refund is approved and you're opting to receive it in your client wallet:

Processing time: Within 24–48 hours.

Funds can be used for future purchases or withdrawn upon request. 
Refund to Bank Account:
If you requested a refund to your bank account:

Processing time: Up to 14 working days (Excludes weekends and public holidays). 
NOTES:

Refunds are not available for products or services that have already been provisioned or activated.

Approval is subject to the terms of our refund policy.
