WHM allows you to suspend and unsuspend cPanel accounts. This functionality lets account owners temporarily disable subordinate cPanel accounts without deleting the accounts or their content.
Suspending an Account
Follow these steps to suspend an account:
STEP 1: Log in to WHM.
STEP 2: Locate the Account Functions section in the left-side menu and select Manage Account Suspension.
STEP 3: Choose the primary domain or username of the account(s) you want to suspend within the Manage Account Suspension interface.
STEP 4: In the Reason field, you can provide a reason for suspending the account(s), though it is not mandatory.
STEP 5: Click the Suspend option to deactivate the account.

Unsuspending an Account
Restoring services to a suspended account in WHM is straightforward. Here are two quick methods to do so.
METHOD 1:
STEP 1: Log in to WHM.
STEP 2: Locate the Account Functions section in the left-side menu and select Manage Account Suspension.
STEP 3: In the Manage Account Suspension section, you'll find a list of all accounts in your system. Accounts that have been suspended will have their domains or usernames highlighted in pink.
STEP 4: Choose the primary domain or username of the account(s) you want to unsuspend.
STEP 5: Click the Unsuspend option to reactivate the account.
METHOD 2:
STEP 1: Locate the Account Information section in the left-side menu and select List Suspended Accounts.
STEP 2: You’ll see a list of currently suspended accounts and their reasons.
STEP 3: Click the Unsuspend tab next to the account you want to restore.
