How to Access or Create a Spam Folder Print

If a spam folder is not available, you need to create one. Follow the steps below to set up a spam folder in Roundcube webmail:

STEP 1: Go to the cPanel webmail interface and select Roundcube.

STEP 2: Click on Settings.

STEP 3: Navigate to the Folders tab.

STEP 4: Click on the +Create button to add a new folder.

STEP 5: Under Folder Properties, enter "Spam" in the Folder Name field.

STEP 6: Click Save.

The spam folder should now appear in the Folders panel on the left-hand side. Ensure the checkbox under the Subscribed column is selected to activate it.
