To monitor the disk space or bandwidth usage of your account, you can easily access the available tools in your LyteHosting control panel.

How to Check Disk Space Usage

STEP 1: Log in to cPanel.

There are two methods to log into your cPanel.

  • Method 1: Log in to your cPanel directly.
  • Method 2: Log in to your cPanel through your Customer Portal.

  • Log in to your Customer Portal.
  • Click on "Log in to cPanel".

STEP 2: Locate the Files section and click on Disk Usage.

STEP 3: On the following page, you’ll see a breakdown of file locations along with their respective sizes and disk usage.

STEP 4: At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a summary showing the total space consumed by the contents of your directories. Keep in mind that files can take up slightly more space than their actual size due to how disk storage works, so you might notice small discrepancies between what’s shown here and in the File Manager.

STEP 5: You can organize the directory list by either Name or Disk Usage using the radio buttons provided.

How to Check Bandwidth Usage

STEP 1: Log in to cPanel (Refer to the steps above if you need guidance on accessing your cPanel.)

STEP 2: Head over to the Metrics section and select Bandwidth.

This section displays your website’s bandwidth usage. You’ll see the total bandwidth used, including the current month’s consumption.

The data covers HTTP (web) and POP (email) traffic, and may also include FTP usage if your server has FTP bandwidth tracking enabled.
